Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product /
service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- In case of Hosting Services, Cancellations will only be considered if the request is
made
under
30 days of placing the
order.

In case of Domain Services, Cancellations will only be considered if the request is
made
within 24 hrs of placing the
order.

In case of Renewal, Cancellations and Refund will not be accepted.
- MAJESTIC TECHNOSOFT does not accept cancellation requests for Email and Security
services e.g : Google Workspace, Sitelock web security, Comodo SSL Certificate, Codeguard
Website Backup.
- In case of any issues with the services, please report to our customer service
team. This should be reported within 30
days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as
shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our
customer service within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer service team
after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding the products that come with Services from the
providers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by MAJESTIC TECHNOSOFT, it will be processed within 5-7 days
to your original payment mode.
